I hired this company for a move out cleaning, service paid a deposit & they canceled on me less then 24 hours because they had an emergency. Which is totally understandable. We talked about rescheduling for Friday but they wouldn’t give me an exact time. I no longer live at the resident so I needed an estimate of a time of when they would be arriving so I could be present & let them in the property. I haven’t heard from them since.
