I had a really positive experience with this handyman service. Communication was super smooth from the start, and scheduling was easy. He showed up on time, looked put-together and professional, and came fully prepared with everything he needed. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and made the most of the time, which I really appreciated with my busy schedule. The work was solid, and he clearly knew what he was doing. There was a slight mix-up between the listed hourly rate and the fixed pricing, but he explained it clearly and took ownership of the miscommunication. That kind of honesty goes a long way. All in all, great service, fair pricing, and good vibes. Would definitely hire again!

It was a pleasure working with Akhmad of Crafty Hands. He and his assistant are very professional and skilled craftsman. They installed an interior bedroom door for our primary bedroom to a frame that did not have a door before. Not only did he arrive to measure out the door framing, and asked the right questions to make sure he understood what I wanted, they went out and purchased the door, the hardware (door knob, latches, screws, paint, etc.), they purchased, picked-up and delivered everything to our home. They wore shoe booties while working inside our home - nice touch. They carefully carved the areas on the frame for the door latches and door knob case in order for them to affix the necessary hardware. They had to trim the bottom of the door as well to fit the awkward size for our 1950's home. They then sanded the hard edges, painted and installed the door and doorknob. They hauled away trash remnants and left the space in clean condition. They worked hard, smart, clean and with care. I highly recommend them for your handyman needs. I look forward to using their services again soon.
