My pricing is honest and transparent. I always aim to offer a fair rate based on the size and complexity of the job. I provide free estimates and never charge hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or larger projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a conversation—I listen carefully to what the customer needs, ask questions, and clarify details like timing and budget. If necessary, I visit the site to assess the work. Then we agree on the price and schedule. I keep the client informed throughout the process and only finish the job when they’re completely satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands-on experience in repairs, plumbing, drywall, and painting. I've also completed safety and construction standards training. I’m always learning—every project adds to my knowledge and skill
