FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of job, time required, and materials. I always explain the cost before starting, so there are no surprises. 1. Minimum service fee: $75 (covers travel time, basic setup, and the first portion of work). 2. Hourly or flat-rate pricing depending on the task. 3. Materials, special anchors, mounts, or extra hardware are charged separately if needed. 4. Discounts may be available for multiple tasks done in one visit. No hidden fees — you approve everything in advance. Most small jobs can be priced from photos or a short description. Larger or more complex projects may require an on-site estimate to give an accurate final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our customers, we use the following process: 1. Initial contact The customer sends a message with a description of the job, photos, and location. This helps me understand the scope and prepare properly. 2. Estimate I provide a rough price range based on the details. If the job is complex, I explain what could affect the final cost. 3. Scheduling We agree on a convenient date and time. I confirm what tools and materials may be needed. 3. On-site evaluation When I arrive, I quickly assess the space, walls, studs, electrical, and other factors to avoid mistakes and ensure safe installation. 4. Final confirmation Before starting, I confirm the final price and the exact plan with the customer. 5. Work execution I complete the job carefully, keep the area clean, and focus on a solid, long-lasting result. 6. Review and adjustments We check everything together to make sure it’s level, secure, and positioned correctly. 7. Payment and follow-up After the job is done and approved, payment is completed. If there are questions later, the customer can reach out and I’ll help resolve them.
