I used Handy Pro to hire someone to unhook and move a stacked washer/dryer combo and move it 3 miles across town and hook it up at the new location. Handy Pro seems like a company that has multiple crews doing various things and Handy manages the schedules etc. They did contact me early to push the time back 2 hours. I agreed. The workers were very good - they quickly unhooked the unit and moved it to the new location. It was very late in the day 6pm when they arrive but they were very eager and handled business. They showed me that my old unit leaked at the connection. The guys hooked up my new machine and showed me it was not leaking. The tested the machine to make sure it was hooked up properly and it was. They communicated well enough and I would hire them again. I appreciate the good communication. I paid using Zelle.
