- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new client involves a few simple steps. First, I aim to understand the client’s needs: we discuss the task, and the client can send photos or a description. Next, I provide a preliminary quote and agree on all the details, including cost and timelines. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time for the job. On the day of the job, I arrive on time and carry out the work neatly and with the highest quality. After completion, the client reviews the results, and if everything is satisfactory, we close the project. I’m always open to feedback and happy to answer any questions.
