Hello, I have been a handyman for the past 29 years and managed a 9 unit apartment building from 2005-2021 when it was sold. I have experience in many areas from repairs to renovations including tile work, plumbing, floor installation, painting etc. I do a professional job with one thing in mind making you happy with the finished product. my hourly rate is $65 with 2hr minimum. ***************************************************************************************************

Thomas was very easy to work with and approached my job with thoughtfulness. He helped me execute the things on my list and talked through some other ideas with me. He showed up with all the tools and was thorough. In my commercial space, he finished a lowered wall with sheetrock, sided a shelf unit with plywood and built me a bench top for some legs I had purchased. He helped me come up with a plan for a few other project. I will be using Thomas again for projects at both my business and at my home
