FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, the client should know that prices are not our main goal or task and the client should not worry about this, we can always discuss prices and find the fair and most acceptable and mutually beneficial option for prices and payment for the work. Approximate prices are indicated in the corresponding account tab; they are lower or equal to the average established prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The client must be given detailed information about the project and what needs to be done. We discuss all the nuances of the upcoming work. If the client has additional information, he can send all this information, including links to the product website, photographs, instructions, and so on. 2. Next, we determine the price of the work. 3. Next, we agree on the date and time of arrival at the client and start of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
If you are a man and born into a traditional family, then from childhood you will learn to do the work of a handyman: fix something, build, repair. These skills will come in handy later. So it happened, and these skills helped a lot in repairing my bakery, installing ventilation and all the equipment. And also in the profession of handyman. It is very important to treat clients with respect, to be able to hear them, to help them solve the tasks assigned to you.
