FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on past jobs of similar scale that I use as a template for deciding how much to charge. I choose my rates based on difficulty and the time it will take to complete. If a job takes more hours to reach the finished product I will usually have a lower hourly rate because the overall time spent on a job will make the drive time more worth it. So a quick job, anywhere from 1-2 hours, will most likely be priced a little higher to make the time spent driving to a job site more worth it for such a quick job. That being said, the more stuff that needs to be done will provide more room for price negotiation for a lower hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with someone new always start by understanding what they want done and figuring out if that is the best way to do something. Then I will make any suggestions on different ways we are able to achieve the same results while either saving/money or both. I always want to make sure that we both understand exactly we are going to need to complete the project and that we are both feeling 100% confident that I am the right person for the job. I promise I will always be upfront and honest with you from start to finish of your project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my Uncle in 2015 when I was living in Michigan. He is one of the most hardworking and meticulous people I've ever met and I couldn't have asked for a better mentor. Having those qualities instilled in me from the beginning is what I believe sets me apart from most people in this business.
