Kevin was great! He had friendly and knowledgeable service. My shower drain was clogged up and he came by with all the tools needed including a drain snake that he said was used to go deep and far into the pipes to where there might be a clog and removed it. My tub is no longer flooding as a result. I highly recommend him.
