Absolutely a life saver! I needed a bunk bed disassembled to ship back to seller. Brian of Mad-Repair was prompt and did a great job of dismantling and stacking up neatly. I also learned he does more than assembly, he also mounted my television, he is very neat in his work and will be using him again, very soon!

Brian was fantastic!! He hung two large pieces (41 x 50) of art (around 20-25 pounds) almost 20 feet up - he used anchors to super secure to studs as well as have them perfectly balanced. Among other things as some of the other reviewers have mentioned - he is VERY nice - it was pleasure to meet him and have such flawless work done. I will DEFINITELY be using him again!!

I contacted Brian with Mad-Repair & Assembly and let him know I went with another pro after conversation with multiple pros. That other pro contacted me at the last second and cancelled on me. I really needed this job done and reached back out to Brian. He agreed to come same day in the evening which was the day before Thanksgiving because I needed to get this new artwork up before all of my guest arrived. Brian was so helpful, agreed to put up more than I originally intended/planned, was kind, and professional! I would book him again for all of the work that he performs which includes art hanging, handy man work, ceiling fan and lighting installation and more. He was great and he could have easily blew me off because I choose another pro at first but he was so understanding. You can't go wrong with Brian.
