- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the work, time involved, and materials needed. I’m always upfront about costs and make sure there are no surprises. For smaller jobs, I can often provide an estimate quickly, and for larger or more complex projects, I explain the options so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen and ask a few questions to understand the problem. If needed, I’ll take a look in person to assess the situation properly. Once we’re aligned on the scope, I schedule the work and show up fully prepared. I focus on solving the issue efficiently and making sure everything is done right before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work across a wide range of repairs and projects. I’ve learned by doing, solving real problems in real homes, and continuously improving my skills with different tools, materials, and situations.
