First of all, Harry's communication was excellent. Extremely accommodating, polite, and eager to get the job. Very refreshing. I was concerned because I was about 1.5 hours away from him but he said that would be no problem. Not only did he come when he said he would, but he was early and checked with me before he came. It turned out we needed to exchange the faucet and it was difficult because it had rusted in place. Harry came with Daniel so we got two for the price of one. He then traveled to Lowe's and bought the faucet for us and replaced it. I hope this helps him to get business because he deserves it. Trust me, you will be very happy with their pleasant personality, work ethic, and expertise!
