- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
💰 I try to keep pricing simple and transparent. Send a few photos of the job and I can usually provide a clear estimate before arriving. I have completed 1000+ successful home repair tasks, so I have a good understanding of the time and work required for most projects. If materials are needed, I can purchase them and provide the receipt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in home repair and improvement. Over the years I have completed 1000+ home service jobs, working on everything from small repairs to more complex projects.
