About
I have been doing construction for about 10 years now and have seen a lot. I remodeled and built houses from the ground up and can do pretty much everything except plumbing and electrical. Being on my own, means I can do things now how they are supposed to be done. On time but not rushed, precise and with dedication. I am German and being on time and perfect is basically ingrained in me. I am looking forward to being of service.

Rainer, was quick to respond, I had no expectations getting the work done on a holiday, but Rainer was in my neighborhood and came by and hung my full length mirror. Super professional, very kind, will hire him again.

My kitchen cabinet doors were de-laminating. I found Rainer and he has been a GOD send. He was able to get the doors re-laminated in a timely and efficient manner. He has a delightful and warm approach. Because of his responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality, I will always seek a quote from Rainer for future projects even if it is a project he has not listed as a specialty. Because I trust and believe in his work, I trust and believe that if he is unable to do the job, he will say so and not just take it to get paid. He has demonstrated a level of respect and integrity during this project, and because of that, I would trust his referral should that occur.

Rainer completed a project of door hanging for a vintage door which required custom measurements and adjustments in order to fit along with staining the wood. He also installed a door entry lock with custom drilled holes. We are discussing another project with him and would highly recommend his craftsmanship and expertise.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out of economic reasons (car cost, tool cost, wear and tear etc.) I have to charge a minimum of $150. I prefer looking at a job and give quotes instead of an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the job description and most of the time I need more information. I then reach out via the Thumbtack messenger to start communication. Most of the times I would like to come out and take a look at the job - there is no charge for that. After I assessed the situation I will give a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction business for over 15 years.
