- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the way I work with my new customers ill give a 10 % of depending how big project is and ill brake up project in sections like if I'm doing demolition framing and drywall ill brake it in 4 first ill ask only for materials money a day before or same day right before I enter store then when I get to location ill ask for the half demolition one I'm done with demolition ill aske for the rest to be able to continue with the next face of the project then ill ask for the half once we are done with second face of project ill get the rest I don't like to ask for half of the full amount because it's safer to for me and the customers to do it in steps so like that's client feels safe and secure that's the pro he hire don't take off with half of the money or if client don't have full amount pro don't come out lossing either this a saying in Spanish (cuentas Clara's admistades largas) in English it means (clear amount long friendship)
