FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At So Cal Property Services, we aim for total transparency so there are no surprises on your final invoice. * Estimates & Project Pricing: We offer project-based flat rates or clear hourly rates depending on the type and scope of work—including handyman repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, masonry, and specialized fabrication/welding. * Service Call & Travel: Our standard local service area includes travel. For jobs beyond our primary coverage area, or for standalone diagnostic visits, a standard trip fee applies to cover transit time and fuel. * Minimum Job Charge: We maintain a standard service minimum per call-out to ensure every project gets our full attention and setup time. * Discounts: We recommend bundling multiple repairs or maintenance tasks into a single visit, which helps save on overall call-out costs."

Working with us is straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free from start to finish: Initial Contact & Discussion: When you reach out, we discuss the details of your project—whether it's property maintenance, minor electrical, plumbing, masonry, or welding. Photos or a brief description help us understand the exact scope. Clear Estimate: Based on the details provided, we give you a transparent estimate or schedule an on-site look if the job requires closer inspection. Scheduling: Once you approve the estimate, we lock in a convenient date and time to get the work done. Execution & Cleanup: We arrive on time, equipped with the necessary tools, and complete the work professionally while keeping the workspace clean. Final Walkthrough & Payment: We review the completed job together to ensure you're completely satisfied before wrapping up."
