FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on a few key variables, including the type of flooring, total square footage, site conditions, and how much prep work is required (demo/removal, leveling, subfloor repairs, moisture mitigation, transitions, baseboards, stairs, etc.). We focus on delivering top-notch customer service, quality craftsmanship, and fair, transparent pricing. The best way to give an accurate number is to see the space, so we’re happy to schedule a free in-home visit and estimate with a clear breakdown and no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple and stress-free, with clear communication at every step: 1) Free in-home consultation We visit your home (or garage) to see the space, understand your goals, and answer questions. We’ll walk you through material options and help you choose the best fit for your lifestyle and budget. 2) Clear proposal + scheduling You’ll get a straightforward proposal with the scope, timeline, and pricing clearly explained. Once approved, we lock in a start date that works for you and outline what to expect. 3) Professional installation Our experienced installers show up on time, protect your home, keep the workspace clean, and install with careful attention to detail. 4) Final walkthrough When we’re done, we walk the project with you to make sure everything looks and feels right. We don’t consider the job complete until you’re happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Aaron Weiss, holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He’s also built hands-on expertise through 20+ years of construction and flooring experience in Los Angeles, giving our team the technical knowledge and real-world training to deliver high-quality, long-lasting results.
