Boris is one of the most trustworthy people I’ve worked with. He helped me complete a major backyard project that included assembling a Sisu Cabin Crew sauna, building part of my deck, painting the deck, installing an outdoor shower, and running electrical work. What started as one project quickly turned into several because every time Boris and his team completed something, I felt confident giving him more responsibility. From the very beginning, he responded quickly, came out to assess the project, and helped me think through the entire plan. His communication was excellent, and he always made me feel like the project was in good hands. What really sets Boris apart is how he handles challenges. No project goes perfectly, and we ran into plenty of unexpected issues along the way. Whenever something came up, Boris stayed calm, found a solution, and followed through. I never felt stressed because I knew he would figure it out and make things right. One moment I’ll never forget is that he worked hard to get my sauna completed in time for my 41st birthday celebration with friends. Being able to enjoy the sauna that night made the entire experience incredibly special and memorable. Beyond the quality of his work, Boris brings great energy, integrity, and professionalism to everything he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team handled everything from start to finish—moving my hot tub from curbside delivery all the way into my backyard without any issues. They cleaned it thoroughly, set everything up, filled it with water, balanced the chemicals, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they took the time to explain everything to me. It was a hassle-free experience and worth every penny. Highly recommend this crew if you want your hot tub set up the right way!

I found Monroys here on thumbtack and I have to say Boris and his team do excellent work. He helped me design and install a round redwood hot tub and I mean they dug a hole to set it in the ground, poured concrete, put in a retaining wall, built and set the tub and then built me a beautiful redwood deck around it. Price was fair and the communication and reliability was very good!

Boris and the whole team were incredible to work with. When the delivery company wouldn't deliver, he really saved us but helping coordinate and get the whole thing here. He built it beautifully, and even offered to come back to help finish the electrical work without any extra charge to save us a ton of money. Could not recommend him more and will hire him again for anything he could do (or for a hot tub!)
