- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. I offer transparent flat rates based on the size and condition of the space. Discounts are available for weekly or bi-weekly recurring clients, and Airbnb or multi-unit clients receive special rates. All supplies, tools, and non-toxic cleaners are included in your price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a quick conversation about your space and needs. If needed, I’ll schedule a walkthrough to give you an accurate quote. Once we agree on the service, I assign the right team members, confirm the date/time, and arrive with all supplies ready. After the cleaning, I check in to make sure you’re 100% happy and set up a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule if you’d like recurring services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in residential and commercial cleaning processes, sanitation, and non-toxic product usage. I also trained my team to follow strict SOPs (standard operating procedures) so every clean is done professionally, safely, and with the same high standard every time.
