- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service you require (standard, deep, move-in/out, or post-construction). We bring our own supplies and equipment at no extra cost. If your home requires extra time due to heavy buildup, we’ll always let you know before adding any additional time or fees — no surprises. We also offer recurring service discounts for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleans. Anything larger than 3 bedrooms needs to be estimated manually by us to make sure we are charging properly for the task at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions about your home, priorities, and preferred schedule. From there, we match you with the right cleaners and confirm your booking. On the day of the clean, we arrive on time, bring everything needed, and follow your checklist. Afterward, we do a quality check and encourage feedback so we can make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional cleaning techniques, including proper disinfecting procedures, safe use of cleaning products, and efficient time management. We also stay updated on the best practices for eco-friendly cleaning to protect your home, family, and pets. We strive to make sure the equipment we use is top-notch and we learn by researching other cleaning techniques, seeing what works best for the situation at hand.
