Clean Pilots provided terrific communication from the initial contact, pre-service, and post-service. Rebecca arrived on time for the deep clean and immediately asked about areas we wanted special attention directed. She got to work quickly, was efficient and thorough. Rebecca was so pleasant and truly great. We are going to book a regular monthly service with Clean Pilots and will request Rebecca.

I’ve only had them service about three times now, and I’ve been impressed each time. The house owner was extremely happy with the results when she arrived at the house this last time. I intend to continue to use them for our Airbnb. They have great communication and willing to work with me on the dates I need them.

Kola and his Team did an wonderful job cleaning my House. I found Kola online and decided to give him an call when I found out I was having a scheduled appraisal. I was a little hesitant to call because I didn't see any reviews but in the end, I'm glad I did. Not only was he affordable but I love how quick and responsive his Team were. I remember when I was calling around previously looking for companies to come by .... a lot were giving me ridiculous prices such as 300.00 and an required deposit. But with Kola, all I had to do was call to make and schedule appointment. I also liked that Kola's team wore PPE suits because to me, it is important to be conscious of public health. Of course moving forward, I am always going to use this service. And I definitely want to schedule an Monthly deep cleaning. So impressed! Thank you,

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  You can be home for your service, or you can provide keys/access codes for your cleaning professionals, whatever works best for your schedule. You can leave instructions or do a walk through with the cleaner. For our recurring clients, they provide a lock box at the home with a key so that their cleaning professionals simply use that key to enter the home, then place it back in the lock box for the next service. We recommend the lock box, as you can easily change the access code for any reason.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We have years of experience cleaning apartments, houses, salons and offices.
