Alex reached out very quickly. After reading the reviews I was skeptical to book, but I decided to give it a try. He was very friendly and accommodating. I made an appointment. Had it all scheduled, or so I thought. Unfortunately they were a no-show and a no call. I find it to be very unprofessional.
*** UPDATE ***
Alex reached out to me immediately after my review. Reluctantly, I agreed to schedule another appointment for the next day. Needless to say they showed up on time and did an excellent job. I’m glad I gave them a second chance.

I paid for a deep cleaning. They didn’t arrive with the appropriate cleaning tools.
They didn’t use cleaning products to clean the bathrooms. Looks like the bathrooms were wiped down not cleaned. I had bathroom cleaners at home that I could have given them but I didn’t know they didn’t have any. Most cleaners I’ve used come prepared with all the stuff needed. Plus, I couldn’t communicate at all with the person who did the cleaning.
They didn’t vacuum the carpet in the main bedroom even though I had a vacuum cleaner at home. Had to vacuum after they left. In two minutes I had the room looking better than they left it.
They didn’t empty the trash.
And with all of that, they still took 5 hours to complete the job. Not sure what was done in all that time.
Will not be booking again.

I booked them because Alex convince me that his cleaners were very professional. I’m very disappointed with my experience. First off I will like to start off by saying the cleaning lady they sent was not professional at all. She was smoking right at the door step of my home made my house smell like cigarettes as soon as she walked in and keep in mind I have kids we are a smoke free household my house smelled like cigarettes as soon as she stepped in. Secondly the vacuum that was being using was very small and thin didn’t pick up much of the crumbs on the floor. Thirdly when she was dusting the surface of my furniture no one of my household items where moved she just cleaned over them didn’t bother to ask if she can move them. lastly when it was time for mopping she brought out her a dirty microfiber mop that has a spray attachment. The mop also smelled like mildew and was already dirty even before she started to mop my floors. After she finished mopping you can see how streaks were left behind and the directions she mopped. I will attach a picture of the “mop.” Overall I was disappointed with this experience!

During the cleaning, we asked you to point out any issues so we could address any shortcomings right away. However, you only mentioned the need to mop the floors, and our staff member fulfilled that request.
We would also like to note that we were not informed that the floors required special care with oil-based products to achieve a shine on the wooden surfaces.
We offered you a discount before the work began to provide you with a positive experience, and we are confident that we will take all your feedback into account to improve our service in the future. We appreciate your input and are always eager to become better.🫱🏻🫲🏽
