- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both flat rates & hourly pricing systems for our clients. We typically recommend flat rates for 99% of our clients. Hourly cleaning is also optional if you want to customize your own cleaning, need alot of organization, you want a partial cleaning and/ or the home is in a more severe condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking a cleaning is as easy as 1,2,3. You simply go to our booking form on our website. Fill out all the info, and it will give you an instant quote. Fill in your payment details afterwards, and you will have booked a cleaning in less than 60 seconds. Once you have booked your cleaning appointment, you will receive a series of confirmation emails followed by series of email/text reminders leading up to your appointment. On the day of your cleaning, the cleaners will show up like clockwork & get your home looking sparkly clean. Once the cleaning is complete, your card on file will be charged automatically & you will be provided with an email to rate your service & cleaning team.

Hiring a cleaning company is tough. Here is an outline of the questions you should always ask a cleaning company before you hire them: 1. How Do You Pre-screen Your Workers? Do you background check them? 2. What Services are Included? What exactly am I getting for the price I'm paying? 3 Do You Have Proof Of Insurance & Bonding? 4. What happens if I'm unhappy with the cleaning? 5. Who provides the equipment &supplies?
