I reached out to Laura for help staying on top of cleaning. It was a Friday evening and I was surprised to get a reply within 5 mins. That was the same timeframe she replied to all of my messages. She had a lot of availability and provided references that gave rave reviews.
We were able to have Laura and her colleague come clean our home within a few days. She brought all of her own supplies, non-toxic per my request.
Laura’s two-(wo)man cleaning crew spent over 3 hours getting our home right, covering everything we wanted including some areas we did not anticipate, like inside of the fridge, freezer and oven, for a reasonable price. They did better on the floors than any cleaner we have hired in the past, moving furniture to get into all the nooks and crannies. I was skeptical initially hiring Laura off of Thumbtack, but we are so glad we did and plan to continue to use her crew for our monthly cleaning needs.
