Pro-Model charged a very fair price. Our commercial structure was very dirty with grime in the corners of the common area. Pro-Model worked with the property manager to clean based on needs for the upcoming event. Their team was professional, worked hard, and had the place looking great by the end of the day. We also needed pressure washing in the exterior and interior of the structure. They arranged for that too. An overall good experience.

I hired PRO-MODEL CLEANING SERVICES to clean the bathroom and kitchen of my elderly mother's house after the regular cleaning service said it was way beyond their scope. I was not surprised they felt this way as it was just horrendous! But Alma at PMCS was very understanding of what the situation was and assured me she and her team would make it clean and sparkling again! I cannot tell you how confident I was in my selection of PMCS. And I am THRILLED that they not only rose to the challenge, but cleaned it beyond what I thought would be possible! My sister saw the Before and After pictures Alma provided and said she wants to hire them to clean her house too! What better testimony could there be? PMCS was a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again any time I need the highest level of cleaning performed! They are FANTASTIC!
