Karla is -- without a doubt -- one of the most professional and impressive business people I've ever encountered (and I've encountered a lot.) She emailed me a price quote within minutes of my submitting a request and was at my door, in person, with a member of her staff at precisely 9 AM the next morning (roughly 12 hours later). Her team brought all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment and -- before getting to work -- we did a walk through of the place (at her suggestion) to make sure we were on the same page, both in terms of the job's scope and budget. (That was very much appreciated, as was the fact that her focus was on what they could clean vs what they couldn't.) Her team worked exceptionally fast and efficiently. My entire 1800 square foot home was spotless in under 3.5 hours and I felt completely comfortable leaving Karla alone in my house. (I went off-site to work and she texted me when the job was near completion, so I could come back and inspect their progress.) She even took care of my dog, who was immediately fond of her. (He's a good judge of character.) Karla's team did a great job on the house (it hasn't been this clean since I moved in) and -- given that it would have taken me two days to get my house half as clean -- I think the price was exceptionally reasonable. In fact, they probably deserved what I paid for the entire job, just for the work they did on the downstairs bathroom. (I'm sorry it was such a mess.) Bottom line: I wasn't sure I was going to hire a cleaning service when I filled out the thumbtack form yesterday, but now I'm ready to sign up for regular service and have already passed Karla's name on to my friends. Not only does Quality Plus do great work, you get to support an impressive, young small business owner in. Win-win. Thanks again!!

Karla and Glenda worked for 4 hours each. They cleaned the kitchen, fridge, restroom, shower, dusted the bedroom and desk, and vacuumed the bedroom and living room. They were thorough in their cleaning and worked the entire time. They were professional and kind. Karla made sure to ask for what my service needs were. She followed up with text messages and messages through thumbtack. What could have been better was communication that it was $25 per hour per cleaner. Also, until the morning of I thought it would only be Karla's one worker, Glenda.

Amazing! Fantastic! Wonderful! Squeaky clean! I moved out and needed my small house thoroughly cleaned so that it could be put on the market. The office staff was great to work with and got me on the books ASAP. The ladies that cleaned the house were not only sweet, but I honestly don't think I've EVER seen my house that clean. I was truly amazed at the hard work and effort they put into the job. Thanks to them, I was able to put my house on the market within the next couple of days. And the pricing was more than fair. After finishing HS I started working for a commercial cleaning company as a receptionist and went to different trainings and seminars.
