Signature Cleaning

We do detailed and thorough residential cleaning. Our rates: - $225 (minimum required for homes -- 800 to 1,100 sq. ft.) - $350 (minimum required for homes -- 1,200 to 1500 sq. ft.) - $475 (minimum required for homes -- 1,600 to 1,900 sq. ft.) Windows are included in the pricing. A $100 deposit is required 24 hours prior to the start of service and is included in the initial payment for service. The balance is paid upon completion of service. 50% is refundable if services are not rendered.
