Our Process for New Customers 1. Initial Contact We start with a quick call or message to learn about your needs, the size of your space, and the type of cleaning you’re looking for. 2. Free Estimate Based on your description (or photos/video if needed), we provide a free, no-obligation quote. For larger jobs, we may schedule a walk-through. 3. Scheduling Once you’re ready, we set up a convenient time for the cleaning. We’re flexible and can accommodate urgent requests when possible. 4. Service Day Our professional cleaners arrive on time, fully equipped. We follow your instructions and pay attention to details that matter to you. 5. Follow-Up After the job, we check in to make sure you’re fully satisfied. We also offer ongoing service plans if you’re interested in regular cleanings.
