- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the home and the scope of work. We don’t have hidden fees. We may charge extra for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or homes that require more time than average. Discounts are available for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing their needs and preferences to understand exactly what they expect from the cleaning. We confirm the scope of work, pricing, and schedule. On the cleaning day, our team arrives on time, brings all the necessary supplies, and carefully completes the service. After the cleaning, we make sure the customer is satisfied and address any feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has professional training in residential and commercial cleaning, including the proper use of cleaning products and equipment. We continuously learn new techniques to provide safe, effective, and high-quality service. In addition, we have experience working with different types of surfaces and materials to ensure the best care for our customers’ homes.
