I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP and Therapeutic Imagery Practitioner. I love guiding my clients to achieve that 'AHA' moment that allows them to break free from the limiting beliefs and unwanted behaviors that have been holding them back from being their authentic self. As someone who spent a good portion of their life feeling anxious, drained, stuck, playing it small, afraid to speak up, afraid to set boundaries, afraid to ask for a raise, and always feeling as if there is something missing, I know firsthand how debilitating those negative thoughts and unwanted behaviors can be. But I also know how empowering and freeing positive thoughts and wanted behaviors can be. I also know that we always have the CHOICE to CHANGE. Since learning how powerful our minds are and how effective hypnotherapy can be, it’s become my mission to empower and inspire my clients to step into the best version of themselves and live a life they love. I use a combination of therapeutic hypnosis and other modalities to help them align their conscious desire for change with their subconscious motivation, to make profound and lasting changes. With the right tools, techniques, and guidance, I believe everyone can attain their goals – whether that’s increasing self-worth, overcoming fears & anxieties, coping with big life-changes, creating successful relationships, or habit control.
