Hypnosis is way faster and more efficient than regular therapy. It’s been proven that with behavioral therapy a client needs at least 25-50 sessions but with hypnosis only 1-6 sessions are needed for a client to notice positive results. I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist and in my practice, I combine multiple modalities to provide the fastest and best results for my clients.
In my practice, I successfully use mindfulness, therapeutic imagery, body-oriented work, radical forgiveness, cognitive perception, emotional regression, future-oriented therapy, and self-healing imagery. I work with different people and create a custom approach to the client’s belief system and personality finding the right tools that will help the client to overcome the struggle and resolve the issue.

Drawing skills NOT REQUIRED! In fact, that's why I love NeuroGraphics, because anyone can do it and feel good about their drawings even if they have zero art talent!
