- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two pricing structures that is based on the needs of the client: Consulting is billed in 10 hour increments at $200 per hour ($2000) Our full-service design is a flat rate based on the square footage of the spaces to be designed and starts at $3.75 per sq. ft. with a 1000 sq. ft. minimum. This includes limits and set deliverables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work in a couple of different ways depending on the needs of the client. We can be hired as consultants where all services can be utilized on and hourly bases that is controlled by the client. We also have our full-service design which is our turn-key service where we handle the entire process from start to finish. For all new clients, initially we would send a questionnaire and set up a discovery call to discuss the why's and what's of your project. This is complementary and get's us started. Then if we determine we are a good fit for your type of project we would have an on-site (or virtual) consultation that gives us a chance to get to know each other more in depth and also allow us to get eyes on the spaces to be designed. We will discuss design ideas, dilemmas, and even a course of action for problem areas. The next step would be for the client to review a proposal of services and choose if they would like to hire us as consultants or on a full-service bases.

I received my B.S. in interior architecture from The University of California, Davis.
