TIMEFRAME: Because I focus on cosmetic-only upgrades (no major structural changes), I am able to plan projects within a matter of weeks and usually only need to devote 1-2 total days for installation. I'm also adept at knowing when to splurge and when to save, which allows me to maximize your budget and minimize your stress. VIRTUAL DESIGN: For those seeking a more budget friendly option, I also specialize in virtual designs, which include a 2D moodboard, 2D floorplan layout, 3D ultra realistic renderings of your space, a customized product list, as well as several one on one conversatiins to diagnose your style and functional needs. Please see the attached photos for some examples. PRICING: The average price for most interior designers is $200 an hour. I choose to price my projects as one flat rate so the client knows the entire cost my of my fee upfront without unexpected hours billed. I only begin to charge per hour if more extensive or intricate in-person work is involved.
