As a "practical" Interior Designer, not only will your space look magazine ready, I also have a passion for for spending money wisely. I love partnering with small, local artisans to create custom, one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, while staying in budget. I'm very experienced with selecting durable materials at fair prices, creative organizational ideas and optimizing small spaces. I go the extra mile by using cutting-edge technology to create highly accurate 3D renderings of the room, and I also implement AI in many ways to make sure I'm working as efficiently as possible. We are beyond thrilled with the artistic support and quality we received throughout our process with Chelsea Harrison Designs. After downsizing a few years ago to a much smaller house closer to the ocean, we worked on major remodeling projects with contractors, architects, and engineers. We were seeking an interior decorator to help us post-construction with the choice of layout, furniture, drapes, decor, and the curating of our global artifact collection without insisting on major structural changes. Chelsea was perfect for this challenge! The major difference was her ability to work with our conservative yet coastal "wannabee" aesthetic and meet our desire to create a multi-purpose room. We had a hodgepodge of furniture and global artifacts from living abroad and traveling and we were very stubborn about giving up on our own ideas. We were very hands on in researching options and that could have been an impediment to any other decorator. We were open to being coached and educated. Chelsea showed us 3D renderings at the beginning of the process to help us visualize her ideas and gave us options regarding colors and price points. The process was iterative and complex for just one long room. We started with a virtual consultation contract which worked well. When we saw how she could make a difference we quickly changed to an in-person contract. What a delightful and patient consultant, Chelsea is! And her professionalism regarding appointments, Zoom calls, input, choices, options, ordering, invoices, and setting boundaries, while remaining attentive, was very appreciated. We could say more, but let me leave these words in closing: we are excited to recommend Chelsea Harrison Designs and look forward to working with her in the future.

Chelsea is a true gem and master of her craft. She helped me create my dream bedroom oasis and I get compliments on it anytime someone comes to my house. It was the interior design highlight in the sale of my townhouse too! Every realtor/buyer that came to a viewing asked where I got my bedroom decor and raved about how stunning it was. I told them I hired Chelsea and how she made it so easy for me, remotely! I live in NJ and she is based in CA. She hopped on a call asked what vibe I was going for and sent me an itemize spreadsheet with links to every item. All I had to do was click the link, purchase everything and put it together exactly like the mood board/design layout she provided. The visual + links provided after our call made a stressful project easy and so much FUN! She offers a variety of in person services, but the remote service she provided was top tier as well. So happy I found Chelsea and love her design eye and ability to find affordable, quality deals that look expensive. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Working with Chelsea was phenomenal from day one to the end result. She is a good listener and really works to find the things that you want. I also love her invoicing process and designs. I now have a wonderful Guest.Room and a beautiful office. It is a very calming and soothing space. I have Received tons of compliments.

She really got me! She understood my style and created a plan that did not overwhelm me but made me feel totally cared for. I was able to totally outsource this process so I could continue my work. Love her. HIGHLY recommend.

Working with Chelsea was the best experience! I was so overwhelmed trying to decorate a new apartment while living across the country and she made it so easy for me. She listened to my concerns and my style vibe and seriously nailed my look. My apartment is exactly what I want and I love coming home! Chelsea is so talented and so easy so work with, Id use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!
