I will create a design that meets your needs and compliments the original architecture of your home, or points it into a new direction!
As an interior designer, I love creating beautiful environments. I have over 12 years of experience in kitchen, bath, and whole-house design. I will work within your budget and time frame using environmentally friendly and green products and applications, whenever possible.
My clients include homeowners, contractors and real estate professionals.

I had an excellent experience collaborating with Carmen when we renovated out condominium in 2009. We re-did every room and the place looks great -- in fact, we've had several unsolicited offers to buy the apartment. Carmen really respected our taste, our ideas and our idiosyncrasies. She was very creative when it came to designing and arranging things to optimize the use of space. She has also cultivated strong relationships with some interesting and innovative vendors, so she has access to a wonderful array of tile, cabinetry, countertops, closet doors, furniture and built-ins at many different price points. We acquired some very unique pieces that we never would have found on our own.
Finally, she is unbelievably organized. In recent years I have contacted Carmen whenever I was experiencing some maintenance issues -- with plumbing or pull-out pantry shelves, for example -- and she has always responded promptly with names, telephone numbers and invoice details to help me contact the individual who could repair the problem. I can honestly say that I look forward to working with Carmen again in the future.

Ms Buffin is a gem. This was my first remodel. I was excited and had a good idea about what I wanted. She actually listened to what I wanted. She "has a great eye" and sophisticated sense of style. She has a great team. They came to work ON TIME EVERYDAY. I'm looking foward to working with Ms Buffin again in the very near future.
