- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a range of services in order to accommodate customers of all budget-comfort levels. My website outlines my "Services" that range in cost as well as services. • Local Styling - $100/hr. I am there in person. • Virtual Styling - $65/hr. • Inspiration Styling - $65/hr. • Flat rate - $650 per room, 10 hours of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to talk to you! I want to hear what your opportunity is, what you love, what you hate, what you think you love or hate, and anything else that is significant enough to be integrated into your space. Following the call, I will send out a contract based off your budget that outlines my role and services. Throughout the scope of our project, I will provide (1) a 1-hour Working Appointment/Consultation, (2) a Design Guide which includes color palette, style boards, space planning, and budget, (3) one free Design Guide revision (up to two hours), (4) ordering of items, (5) installation if you're local or fly me out, (6) weekly time expense reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
• A certified Interior Designer from the Academy of Home Staging and Design in Los Angeles. • 10+ years of advertising and marketing experience which has shaped my conceptual ability. • 15+ years of color theory knowledge, fabric education, and general design practices. • A lifetime of loving people and getting to know them.
