- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, preparation needed, materials, repairs, and access. I provide a clear price before starting, so the customer knows exactly what is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call to understand the project. From there, I review photos or visit the property, provide a clear estimate, schedule the work, protect and prepare the area, complete the job, and do a final walkthrough with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work, along with the training and testing required to become a licensed contractor. The licensing process covers trade knowledge, job-site safety, building codes, regulations, and proper business practices.
