Overland Remodeling & Builders did our kitchen remodel and they are fantastic! We took down a wall and did some major work. Shahar is extremely professional and has an amazing eye. Something that was very important to me was responsiveness, and Shahar was always available to talk through any questions I had. He was extremely patient and accommodating, and very kind. He did not feel like a contractor, but more like a consultant friend. He also has incredible taste. The suggestions he made for our kitchen remodel really took it to the next level. Shahar was ultimately our interior designer, contractor, project manager, vendor manager and really did take care of EVERYTHING.Another thing I was concerned about was materials being used since I was pregnant. Shahar not only used eco friendly and non-toxic materials, but he also created a clean seal to the rest of the house so that I would not be bothered by dust or residue (which I believe he does for all clients anyway).And now I have my dream kitchen, so thank you Overland & Shahar!!

We have used Overland Remodeling on two major projects in our home. First we did a total remodel on our kitchen. Shahar and his team were wonderful to work with. I explained my vision and Shahar made it come true. My kitchen is a dream come true. So two years later when our bathroom needed to be demolished and redone we called Overland Remodeling. The bathroom presented some challenges but Shahar found ways to overcome them. This bathroom is modern and ready for us to age in place. Both projects required major plumbing upgrades and Shahar brought in the best plumbers for the job. Our next project will be more of an indoor outdoor room. I can't wait to get Overland Remodeling started on this new project.

We had a great experience working with Shahar. Living two hours away from the project, we needed someone we could trust to get the job done in our absence and chose Shahar because he listened well, took detailed notes at every meeting, and showed great organization skills. He also had a plumbing background which was vital for the changes we needed at the house. The demo revealed a few problems so the project took longer than expected, but we realized that possibility going in. Shahar understood our vision, listened to our ideas, but also didn't hesitate to add his expert advice, helping us to make the right choices and keeping us from making costly mistakes. He also led us to suppliers who helped us work within our budget. During the project, we met many of his subs and found them just as friendly and helpful. The whole time we felt a good vibe from Shahar's team and a lot of mutual respect. At the end, everyone worked quickly to get all the little details finished and completed to our liking. No project is without issues but it's how a company deals with those issues that counts the most and we found this to be one of Shahar's strengths.Overall, the project went smoothly and we attribute it to the constant communication we had with Shahar and his willingness and desire to create something of quality. We've had nothing but compliments from all who have entered the house. We would definitely work with Shahar again.

Team Overland is the standard. living outside of California, I wanted to get my mother's house remodeled and I needed to find a company I could trust. After a bunch of interviews I found Overland R&B. Simply put: AWESOME! They went far and above anything I could have expected. Knowing I no longer live in Los Angeles, they helped move and store things for my mother to help prepare for the work. Afterwards, they brought things back and really made things so easy. The work is so awesome. No one can believe their eyes when they see it. They took an 80 something year old home and completely transformed it. My mom is so excited and I am so confident knowing she is in a place that safe and secure thanks to Overland R&B.Thanks Guys!Britt
