- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different. Once you know what you are looking for we will build a job summary and I will submit an estimate based on what your desired plan and budget are. I will condider discounts for customer that will need repeat business such as a property maintenance contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will not start any job until my customer is completely happy with the design and the price for the work to be completed. This can take time as plan pictures need to be changed with each iteration and design update. Typically I meet with my customers for about an hour to understand the scope of the project. Then once I have a mock up, we will sit again and agin until the plan meets your expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Design and plants have been a hobby for all of my adult life. After a few years working in the landscaping space for someone else, I finally launched Design + Build + Landscape in 2018.
