I would highly recommend David Conde!! He is nothing less than AMAZING!!! My husband & I bought our home and completely renovated, from top to bottom. We also replaced the landscaping around our entire property. We had hired other gardeners to maintain the grounds. Needless to say, they destroyed our landscaping. I found David & asked if he could take a look at our property & meet with our new landscaper, as we had to replace what the last gardener had killed. David was more than willing to talk to our landscaper & offer his advice too. We are so happy with David. If we are not home when David arrives, he calls us in the evening to explain what should be taken care of. He is a perfectionist & I'm grateful we found him. Our yard is finally starting to look beautiful again. He is very reasonable in price & very punctual too.

When he came to do an estimate, David offered very specific thoughts about what was wrong with our current landscaping and why certain plants were not growing. He also gave suggestions about what he could do differently. He showed up when he said he'd show up, he works hard, and he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend his services.

It's been a pleasure to work with David the past couple of years. There are two main great things I can say that David and his crew have done. Most recently, they cleared brush and thinned our trees away from the power lines so we are now in compliance with the City of Los Angeles requirements. He was also very patient with my husband and I while we tried to agree as to what to do with our front yard. My goal was to take out our old lawn and install 'no-mow' grass. He found the grass for me at a better price than the place that I had originally researched. He also fixed our old sprinklers as well as installed better new sprinkler heads that would work better with this particular grass. He also redid our stone path leading to the house. Even after it was all done, we encountered a couple of problems which he fixed by coming up with great solutions like moving the sprinkler head 2 feet away from where we park the car so we wouldn't trip over it everytime we got in and out of the car.

I started in this business working for one of my relatives. After a while a got hired by a professional maintenance and landscaping company. In which I develop more skills and knowledge on the field. I started getting work on the weekends and little by little I grew and started my own business.
