- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 min intro session where we address your goals and outline what coaching has to offer. This is also a great opportunity for you to experience my coaching style, and if our personalities are a good fit. I work with clients for 9 sessions over a 3 month period. Your first session is a Discovery Session, where we go through the different facets of your life, it is geared toward your main reason for coming to me; career, relationships, transitions...etc. The Discovery Session is powerful, it gives you the opportunity to speak freely about what is working and not working in your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my coaching certification through The Life Purpose Institute, an accredited institute of the International Coach Federation. I have over 20 years experience in education, inspiring children and adults to connect with their source of motivation to overcome personal blocks and obstacles. My love of people and innate curiosity buoyed my career as an educator, artist, and finally as a life coach.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with mother's who are ready to re-discover themselves after their last child has gone off to college. People who need help managing their stress, and people who want to improve their relationships. People who are ready for a career change, they need support in creating/launching their business, or they want to find a balance between their career and their life. I am a certified Academic Life coach who works with teenagers to improve their organizational skills, create a vision for their future, clear limiting beliefs, and sets up accountability. ** Academic Life Coaching has its own pricing and packages.
