- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time we meet we'll get to know each other, fell out the energy. I am your safe house for you to be comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. As your coach my responsibility is to guide and support you from your design to achieving your goals. At the end of each session we'll focus on what work you want to do because I want to make sure that you clearly desire and want to commit to these actions. It is the connection to your core desires that motivates you through the process of change. I will hold you accountable for your actions and will be your gentle and consistent reminder to you of the commitments you have made. I am your partner in achieving goals. A sounding board when exploring choices. A motivational mentor one who gives unconditional support. A designer to help create a more productive life. We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. Life is full of opportunities, and it is my job to help you figure out which opportunities to take advantage of in order to live the life you want.
