I want people to feel best in their own skin. I use a diverse palette and large range of shades to ensure that you feel seen and beautiful. I aim to represent, customers all along the spectrum of skin shades and gender identities.
I am skilled in a wide range of makeup techniques and am available for beauty, bridal, special effects, airbrush, scar/tattoo cover-up, or just the occasional day when you want to feel amazing.
I have experience with the film and music industry and am confident on set and one on one.

Chloe listened to everything I envisioned for my birthday and made sure I looked amazing. I was so happy with how my makeup turned out, it was everything I wanted and more. Sometimes it has been hard for makeup artists to use makeup that flatters my skin tone, but not Chloe. She is so thoughtful about the makeup she uses. She was also so professional and punctual. Will definitely be hiring her for my next event!!! Highly recommend!

Chloe was extremely detailed and patient when doing my makeup for a wedding. She made sure I liked my makeup and was extremely kind. The makeup lasted for more than 12 hours and I received numerous compliments as well! I will most definitely book her again.

Chloe is an amazing makeup artist. She really has an eye for color palettes that will work well with any particular skin tone. She really knew what was going to look good and accentuate my best features. She is very detailed and very clean. I honestly felt like a princess! I highly recommend!

I was very happy with her punctuality and knowledge of making my make up look great, natural, and last through the evening. My daughter, who had used her services in the past, recommended her and we were very happy with her work. She provided us with a “touch up kit” as I was concerned about crying and messing it up; fortunately, we didn’t have to use it. It was my first time using lashes and Chloe kindly made the requested adjustments and professionally corrected them and made excellent new suggestions. I was very happy with my look and it did last through the evening as she said it would.
