- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Give Special Discounts and Promo Prices. I also throw in some free products for touch up depending on the services you purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a consultation to understand the client's needs and preferences. This would involve discussing the occasion for the makeup and hairstyle, the client's desired look, their hair and skin type, and any allergies or sensitivities they may have. I would also look at the client's facial features and hair texture to recommend styles that would complement them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Cosmetologist, a National member of Motion Pictures and Television Arts and Science, and a Jury for Emmy Awards. I am a union Hairstylist for film and TV in Hollywood IATSE local 706
