I was in a crunch, I needed a makeup artist for my daughter’s dance competition. I asked Erin that morning and she came through. My daughters makeup was beautiful and flawless. Erin did an amazing job. She was professional and quick. Thank you Erin I appreciate you.

Stylist never arrived first said she was going to be late and after an hour she just returned deposit. I was trying to do something special for my daughter, I was very unhappy not professional at all.

This was definitely a misunderstanding I’m not a hairstylist I do makeup only. This was a same day appointment that was 60 miles plus away. I have a strict rule on non-refundable deposit but I did return your deposit because there was no way you should have been forwarded to me being that I’ve had this issue with thumbtack before and I was refunded for payment that I made on an appointment such as this one
