Introduction: I help parties in a dispute to craft their own solution to the problem. I am neutral, and my work is confidential. Mediation is a great way to put a conflict behind you and move on in your life and work. I prefer to work with what I call SWOAPS (people who are "stuck with one another permanently"), like neighbors, coworkers, adult siblings and so forth, because there is so much at stake, and they are highly motivated to resolve their dispute.
