Danny R. Gibson, LMFT offers adult individual psychotherapy: My role as a psychotherapist is to provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for clients to work through a wide range of problems. I work with clients as a partner and assist them in developing more useful ways of thinking and behaving, which in turn improves the overall mood and relationships with others. The goal of psychotherapy is to facilitate an understanding of how thoughts influence feelings and behaviors, and to encourage clients to talk about solutions to current life stressors. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
