Omar and his team were amazing. I basically called them for a next day job at the last minute and they were incredibly accommodating. I also realized parking at my previous location was terrible...it was on a busy street and my building management did not prepare for my move out. The gates were locked, parking wasn’t prepared, security was not answering their phone. It was a total nightmare for them and they were still able to make it a success. They navigated through the situation effortlessly and reduced my sky high anxiety for thinking it would be an impossible ask for them to help me figure out the logistics that should have already been taken care of. I was really thinking that I would have to send them home and just eat the cost of 3 hours. But they made it work! They are true problem solvers and really work with you to make sure you are happy. I tried to move smaller things on my own to save some time and I was so surprised by how quickly they worked! They were moving way faster than me even with heavy boxes in their hands or massive boxes on their dollies. Even when they were going back for more items, they walked SO fast. They were halfway down the hall before I was able to turn around to drop off my small items. They mentioned that they had a move earlier in the day and I would never have known because they worked so efficiently and didn’t seem tired at all. They wrapped all my things in shrink wrap and blankets. They were able to unmount my things. They were able to pivot quickly as needed. They wasted no time and I was super impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. They made my moving experience a breeze. I would definitely hire them again for any moving needs. They seem like real honest, genuine, and hardworking people.

Movers were professional and courteous. I would recommend them. However, we only gave 4 stars because our refrigerator is a double door with a freezer on the bottom it was considered a bulky item and was an additional $150. Also if you have stairs and have a king size bed, that is also going to be another $150 extra. For reference, it took about 6 hours to move a 738 sq foot one bedroom apartment with a 10 minute commute, and we requested not to unpack anything at the destination. Despite all this I would still recommend them because they packed and wrapped everything very well.

Omar and Alex are EXCELLENT movers!! I had a small move, and they not only gently moved my items but also rearranged my storage space better than my original movers.
