- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. We don’t charge for assembly, disassembly, furniture wrapping, protective blankets and use of wardrobe during the move. We charge double drive time for any distance over 10 miles. Long distance moves between Northern and Southern California are always given a flat rate which is calculated specifically for each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to speak to new customer on the phone to answer all of their questions and make sure there are no surprises on moving day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years experience in the moving industry! Our workers also have an average of 10 years in the industry!
