The movers were great, quick and helped me pack up a mess of stuff! I did have trouble securing a time...they kept moving it until I put my foot down on it, which was stressful before a move, but otherwise good.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are giving hourly rate which are subject to 3hrs minimum, we are not giving Flat rates. Please be very careful with the companies that are giving flat rate as there's no such thing in moving business as flat rate because there are way too many variables included into the moving process: long walk from the apt into the truck, stairs, packing, small items that weren't packed prior to our movers arrival, weather and your final number of hours may vary from the initial estimate.
